What is the cancellation policy for room hire?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable to ensure room availability for others.
How do I access the consulting rooms?
Practitioners are provided with a secure digital access code upon booking confirmation. This allows entry through the main building and internal clinic foyer during your allocated time.
Is there parking available for practitioners and clients?
Abundant 2-hour and all-day street parking is available in the surrounding Collingwood streets. We recommend clients allow ten minutes to find a spot during peak afternoon hours.
How does invoicing work for Resident Practitioners?
Resident Practitioners are invoiced monthly via our automated billing system. Invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month and cover the forthcoming period, with secure online payment options available.
