A Thoughtful Place for Grounded Work

COLLINGWood's TRAUMA CLINIC

Community On Smith

On Smith Traumatology was created with the understanding that trauma work is meaningful, complex, and at times deeply demanding. It is work that benefits from reflection, conversation, and connection with others who understand the responsibility of accompanying people through profound grief and change.

The space brings together independent trauma-informed clinicians who value learning from one another and supporting each other in the work. Trauma-focused practice sits at the heart of our approach, however, the space welcomes clinicians whose thinking is informed by analytic, existential, and depth traditions.

We encourage informal consultation, offer weekly peer supervision, and support simple opportunities for connection such as communal lunches.

Located in Collingwood, On Smith sits within one of Melbourne’s creative and professional hubs while offering a private, calm, and welcoming setting for both practitioners and clients.

Each clinician maintains full autonomy over their practice, clients, and professional approach, while being part of a small community of therapists who value evidenced based, emotionally attuned and deeply human work.
